Delivery Times • Trujillo: Immediate delivery during business hours.
• Lima: 1 to 2 business days. Home delivery or agency pickup depending on coverage.
• Other Provinces: 1 to 7 days, handled by Olva Courier and Shalom.
2. Shipping Cost
• Free shipping: On the purchase of 2 or more decants made exclusively through the website.
• Flat rate: S/ 12.00 for orders of a single decant or a full-size perfume.
3. Packaging Quality and Responsibility
Ezeiza is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping and will issue a full refund once proper evidence is provided (photos and an unboxing video) proving that the damage was not caused by the customer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the policies of Olva and Shalom. Ezeiza is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, but guarantees full support for confirmed shipping incidents.
